Job Description:

 

Must Have:

-4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales/business development
-Strong experience in the BFSI sector (Banks, Fintechs, Financial Institutions) with a proven track record
-Active network in the Vietnam BFSI market (candidate should be based in Vietnam or have strong local connects)
-Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
-Proven ability to sell SaaS products specifically to BFSI clients
1. Deeply connected within BFSI, with strong banking industry relationships.
2. Skilled at both hunting (BD/leadgen) and closing (sales execution).
3. Curious, persistent, and motivated by ambitious revenue goals.
4. Structured, coachable, and fast-moving in a dynamic SaaS environment.
-Team Size to handle: This would be an IC role; Role progression: Sales Manager -> Country Sales Lead
-Reporting Structure: Reporting Manager – Minh Nguyen, Vietnam BU Head-Own the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to revenue closure, driving opportunities end-to-end.
-Develop Target Accounts: Identify and engage high-value prospects within BFSI across Vietnam, especially banks.
-Build & Nurture Relationships: Leverage industry networks and credibility to open doors and grow long-term partnerships.
-Close Revenue: Partner with internal teams to structure solutions, negotiate, and deliver successful outcomes.
-Prospect with Precision: Use data, insights, and tools to run targeted outreach that resonates with decision-makers.
-Keep it Clean & Scalable: Maintain high CRM hygiene, refine playbooks, and share learnings to raise the bar for the team.

Plant Head , Ayutthaya - Thailand (Onsite)

Job Description:

Immediate Joiner

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: He should have had experience of at least 10 plus years in a manufacturing Plant based out of Thailand in a similar role. An overall experience of 15-18 years in the relevant field will be preferable.
  • Education/qualification: Preferably a qualified engineer (B.E./ B. Tech – Chemical) from metal extraction or chemical process industry background.
  • Must be proficient in English & Thai.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling Thai industrial safety norms, environmental policies and labor regulations are some must-haves.

1) Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics. Optimize production processes to improve yield, energy efficiency, and cost control.

2) Lead audits by customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies.

3) Ensure strict compliance with Thai industrial safety, environmental, and labor regulations.

4) He will be responsible for general administration of Plant. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and Corporate Office

5) Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff including production, maintenance, and QA teams.

Candidate will have to cover B2B market & generate branding and product positing

·       Create new business opportunities and affiliations for RezLive.com

·       Support, and client training to existing clients on Rezlive.com

·       Developing new business and generating new sales lead

·       The candidate will be responsible for sales of Travel related services to Travel Agents.

·       Following up on existing quotes and inquiries with Travel Agents.

·       Maintain relationship with existing clients & generating new clients to develop business

·       Coordination with the operation team for pre-sales requirements.

 

  Desired Profile:

 

·       Should have 2 to 6 years of work experience in the Travel Industry

·       Good command of English and Local language (able to read and speak)  Tour consultant.

·       Candidate should have knowledge of local travel trade.

·       Candidate should have experience to sell outbound destinations.

·       Basic computer knowledge along with experience using MS Office, Emails, and Internet

·       Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels in these regions.

·       Candidate worked in outbound travel agencies; IATA Certified will be given preference.
