What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Perform IT Audit reviews in areas of ITGC, SOX, SOC-1 & SOC-2 Audits.
Risk Assessment, identification, and Evaluation of Controls, capturing the same in Risk & Control Matrix.
Perform testing of IT security Application controls and Interface controls, ITGC review, Change Management, Access Control, Business Continuity and Disaster recovery,
Conducting Quality review of the work performed by the team on control testing.
Reviewing and developing clients custom control catalogues to ensure alignment of test procedures and control language to enhance efficiencies in remote execution of test procedures.
Review the work done by team on SOC1 Testing and documentation.
Identify IT control weaknesses in processes by performing Risk Assessment and document the findings.

He/she is excited to take up new challenges and supports the team in their international expansion within the metal fabrication segment.

The profile revolves around supplier development, new supplier scouting, on time RFQ conversion, negotiations with current suppliers for better margins.

Role Responsibilities

1. Identifying metal fabrication suppliers for sourcing of casting/forging/machining parts.
2. Conducting supplier assessment as per export related compliances
3. Carrying out the sourcing process including RFQ & technical review, cost negotiation, PO release for production
4. Day to day coordination with vendors for all RFQ requirements including technical queries from the client.
5. Submission of RFQ quotes with strict adherence to client timelines.
6. Working closely with suppliers for production capacity planning in line with program timing
7. Leading project meetings/audits with customers and vendors for periodic reviews and addressing commercial issues like timeline extension, closures of BG/LC etc.
8. Closure of disputes, if any, with vendors, as and when required

Key role related skills:

1) Sourcing skills and industry network – to establish a strong export-oriented supplier base
2) Technical knowledge of auto component manufacturing
3)Cost negotiation and problem-solving skills
