MUST HAVE:

-5.9 years of relevant experience using OOPs in Python or Java or C++ or C#

-Good analytical and requirement of understanding skills.
-Good design patterns, frameworks & coding skills – able to translate

Job Description:

Work from home is available for candidates outside Mumbai.

 

MUST HAVE:

-4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (recent experience is mandatory). Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is acceptable for early career exposure, but Business Central expertise is critical.
-Experience handling international clients with end-to-end ERP implementations, including taxation, balancing, period closing, and P&L.
-Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems, especially within finance modules.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering, or a Master’s in a relevant field. Either one has to be finance.

-We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on supporting North American clients in their journey to upgrade from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central or implement new Business Central solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

-Build strong relationships with North American clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
-Conduct effective client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

 

Functional Expertise:

-Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
-Conduct gap analysis between existing Navision systems and Business Central capabilities.
-Design and configure Business Central to meet specific client requirements.
-Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

 

Project Management:

-Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
-Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
-Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

 

Training and Support:

-Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices.
-Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

 

Continuous Learning:

-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
-Actively seek opportunities for professional development and certifications.

 

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering, or a Master’s in a relevant field.
-Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Process Stability & Quality Assurance Ensure consistent quality of key raw materials across different batches Monitor the performance and reliability of materials used in production Check packaging and storage conditions to prevent moisture damage or dust contamination during transport % of suppliers approved after qualification % of materials received with complete documentation Number of non-compliance issues identified

Risk Mitigation & Supply Reliability Develop a diversified and qualified vendor base for critical materials to reduce supply chain and geopolitical risks Evaluate logistics partners for their capability to handle hazardous chemicals safely and on time Number of qualified vendors per material % of on-time deliveries Vendor performance ratings

Technical Collaboration & Capability Building Partner with R&D to evaluate and integrate new material grades based on performance in battery applications (e.g., SEI formation, electrolyte compatibility) Support vendors through training on advanced handling practices, regulatory updates, and encourage ISO 45001 / 14001 adoption Number of successful product trials with vendors Number of vendor training sessions conducted % of key vendors certified under quality/safety standards
