Job Description:
Immediate Joiner
Strategy and Planning
? Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with agency and client goals.
? Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content & social, development) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
? Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
? Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and attract top talent through collaboration with HR.
? Contribute actively to internal marketing initiatives, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads for the agency.
Campaign Management
? Accountable for projects across performance marketing channels, including SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and marketing automation.
? Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results.
? Manage ad spend across clients and ensure accurate invoicing.
Team Leadership
? Lead and motivate a team of performance marketing specialists.
? Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
? Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Client Management
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance-related matters.
? Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
? Present regular performance reports and insights to clients.
? Address any client concerns regarding KPI setting, recommendations, and project progress.
